Perhaps you live alone and have been feeling unwell, making it difficult to stay on top of household chores or shopping—I can help ease that burden.
Or you may need support getting to and attending a hospital appointment but don’t currently have the means to do so—I’m here to assist with that too.
I can offer regular weekly time slots to help you maintain your routines and commitments. For example, if you usually go shopping on a Tuesday and meet a friend for coffee, I can support you in keeping those plans going—even if a recent change in your circumstances has made this more difficult.
Subject to availability, I can also provide more frequent visits each week if you need extra support at home. This may be particularly helpful if you’re recovering from an operation and not yet back to full strength—allowing you to focus on your recovery while I take care of everyday tasks.
Perhaps you’d enjoy a friendly walk—maybe down by the Quay—followed by a coffee together, offering a welcome change of scenery and a chance to get out of the house, with the reassurance of having someone by your side.
My working hours are currently somewhat flexible around family commitments, including school drop-offs and pick-ups. I am generally available during the daytime hours in between, as well as for occasional evenings and weekends when required. During school holidays, my availability will be reduced to accommodate childcare arrangements.
I offer sessions in 2-hour blocks, as I’ve found this provides the most value for clients and allows us to achieve more together.
My availability is as follows:
Monday: 9:30–11:30 or 12:30–14:30
Tuesday: 9:30–11:30 or 12:30–14:30
Wednesday: Flexible – ideal for appointments or outings
Thursday: Flexible – ideal for appointments or outings
Friday: 9:30–11:30 or 12:30–14:30
If you’d like to enquire, ask any questions, or to make a booking, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
